3D Printing is one of the best tools to bring ideas to life. Useful for creating complex geometry in a variety of materials, it can be use to create functional parts, rapid prototypes, casting mold components, sculptures, and much more.

We can provide material or you can also bring in your own material for us. We can do PLA and PETG and have a variety of colors on hand. You may also request a specialty material. Material used will be an additional cost.

Need precision cutting on thin materials? Laser cutting is a fast and versatile option for wood, acrylic, leather, and variety of other materials. It can also be used to engrave complex designs onto metal and glass.
Maximum dimensions: 24″ x 36″ up to 1/2″ thickness (dependent on material).
We can provide material or you can also bring in your own material for us to cut. Any pieces provided must be flat (or if engraving, have a flat surface where it is to be engraved).
Note: No PVC, vinyl derivatives, polycarbonate, HDPE, ABS, Polystyrene/Polypropylene Foams, Fibreglass or Carbon Fibre Composites.
Do you have a larger project that needs to be cut? CNC Machining is ideal for hardwood, plywood, MDF, and plastic to create large 2D profiles.
Maximum dimensions: 48″ x 48″ up to 1.5″ thickness.
Thicker materials up to 4″ can be loaded for surface flattening or engraving.
We can provide material or you can also bring in your own material for us to cut. We can cut sheet lumber such as plywood or MDF. If you require hardwood, material prep and glueups can be done at an additional cost.

One of the biggest costs of making your electronic boards is iteration and waiting for them to arrive from foreign board houses. If you need to test an idea quickly, rapid prototyping is the fastest way to verify a design before ordering hundreds of units. Our electronic fabrication services can help you design, cut, and assemble PCBs in a complete end-to-end solution to validate your prototypes. Using our PCB CNC mill we are capable of cutting fine traces for two-sided designs with small pad SMT packages from SOP all the way to QFN. SMT components can be... assembled in our reflow oven for precision soldering. Let us assist you in quickly finalizing a design to take your project to the next level.

Limitations: Vias must be riveted or soldered, no soldermask or silkscreen available.
If you wish to submit files, you can either provide a circuit schematic and we can do the PCB layout, or you can provide the output gerber files.
Gerber files must be provided in GBL format or Protel extensions (.gtl – top copper layer, .gbl – bottom copper layer, .gm1 – mechanical/edge cut layer) Drill files must be Excellon format with a .drl extension
We use single and two sided FR4 copper clad in 1/32″ and 1/16″ thicknesses. Please inquire if you require a different type or thickness.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Get custom shaped steel designs with our CNC plasma cutting service. Useful for 2D profiles in artistic pieces and structural components for welding.
Maximum dimensions: 48″ x 48″ up to 1/4″ thickness.
